We acted and continue to act as strategic advisor and operations consultants for IMG Marina Towers, leading the sourcing and selection of appropriate operators for key components of the project. As part of this role, BCI Realty was also appointed as the operator of the International Conference Centre, supporting the asset’s long-term performance and positioning.
